Welcome to the Utah Nonprofit Association's Information Network!

This network is one of the primary tools that UNA uses to communicate with our membership, the broader nonprofit sector, and the general public.

  • UNA Updates– Be the first to hear about what is happening at UNA. You will be informed of new products and services, networking events, training and professional development opportunities and more through our weekly e-mails as well as with special messages for specific new developments.
  • LINKS for Utah Nonprofits – Stay connected to news in the nonprofit world! UNA provides up to date information on nonprofit resources, issues, and trends. If you are a member in good standing, you will receive the latest information on developments important to nonprofits and resources that are available to help you grow and strengthen your organization.
  • Advocacy and Public Policy– Make your voice heard! UNA provides you with information on the latest policy developments in the local, state and federal government that will impact Utah nonprofit organizations of all sizes and purposes. As issues emerge, we will post and send updates and alerts with background information about the proposed action and how it would help or hurt nonprofits, links to key decision-makers, and sample language for writing letters and making personal contacts.
To learn about issues affecting nonprofits in other areas of the nation please visit http://www.givevoice.org. The website also provides useful links to national, state and government organizations that can provide nonprofit leaders with more information about public policy advocacy and nonprofit issues.

About the Utah Nonprofits Association

The Utah Nonprofits Assocation is the umbrella membership association of 501(c)(3) organizations in Utah. Incorporated in 1990, UNA was created by, and for, people who strive for a stronger, more professional not-for-profit community in Utah. The organization focuses on providing mutual support, management development through training opportunities and sector-wide advocacy, and it is the only statewide membership association that reflects the full diversity of the nonprofit sector in Utah. UNA is Utah's official statewide affiliate of the National Council of Nonprofit Associations (NCNA). The current membership includes over 360 nonprofit organizations, as well as over 100 corporate and individual associate members. UNA's members represent organizations of all sizes and mission areas, including arts and culture organizations, historical societies, homeless and battered women's shelters, agencies that provide services to children and families, community development organizations, environmental groups, museums, animal welfare groups, and many other types of nonprofits.
